Lover Awakened: A Novel of the Black Dagger Brotherhood 

This doesn’t mark my first post about J.R. Ward’s Black Dagger Brotherhood series, but it certainly continues the praise. Since book one, I’ve been looking forward to Zsadist’s story. He was the “ruined” one, after all; how was he to be redeemed? Remarkably, as it were.

Here again, it’s hard to write a review without including some spoilers – doubly hard because I quite like it. {A few nights ago I couldn’t sleep, so I got up and read. It was good company.} This one didn’t seem to move as quickly as the first two did, but it made up for it’s slower pace with a killer ending. If I didn’t love Zsadist before, by the last few chapters I was head over heels. {As soon as you read it, you’ll know exactly what I mean.}

And I do encourage you to read this series {especially if you like vampires, hot romance, and a touch of darkness.}
